For both items concepts will be sent through to ensure satisfaction before production. 

If a sample is being ordered these cannot be personalised and will include our own personalisation.

Please note, the Zamzam Bottles do not include the Zamzam water.

The Personalised cards are A6 size. If you would like a different colour scheme for the cards please email us and we will be more than happy to accommodate this for you!

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.

The turnaround time is up to 5 weeks (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.
