The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

If personalisation is chosen this will be placed inbetween the translation and Mount Arafat.

If personalisation is not chosen, 'Hajj + Year' will be added above the Arabic (all examples shown in pictures).

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
