I’ve just placed an order; how long will it take to arrive?
The respective page will display current turnaround times for each specific product. Your order will then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout. Orders comprising of more than 1 product will be dispatched on the latest turnaround time available in that order.
Do you have a store we can come to?
We are currently an online based store. The address provided on our website is for collections only and we require advanced notice of collections beforehand.
Can I see a design before paying for it?
Unfortunately not, we would require a full, non-refundable payment for any design.
What are your products made from?
Most of our pieces are made from wood. Different projects are made from different types of woods and may include different types of materials.
I’ve ordered a piece without a stand. How do I attach it to the wall?
We recommend using ‘Gorilla Wall Mounting Tape’ to attach our art to the wall. You can also use ‘Command Wall Strips’ to attach the piece. Please follow the instructions provided on the respective packets.
I would like a bespoke request created; can you accommodate this?

What are your returns/exchanges policy?
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We do offer discounts on bulk orders, get in touch and we’ll see what can be done. Keep up to date via social media for any other discounts we may have.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship most of our products all over the world from our base in the UK! International shipping timeframes may be harder to estimate accurately due to the various factors involved. It’s usually best to place an international order as early as possible so it can get to you in time! Please contact us on orders@noonsaakin.com if you would like to place an international order.
