The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

Approximate size: 22 x 10 cm. As each flower is different, the sizes may differ. The plant pot and vase are not included.

If personalisation is chosen, this will be placed on our Premium Metallic Gold Tab. If personalisation is not chosen, this section will not be included on the flower/stem.

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
