The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

• The Name will be in Arabic
• If an Islamic Date is provided with your personalisation, both English and Islamic date will be engraved onto the plaque with no feathers.
• If only an English Date is provided, this will be added in 3D Relief with feathers included on the plaque. 
• If only an Islamic Date is provided, this will be engraved onto the plaque with no feathers
