The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

If a male title (e.g. 'Mr') is provided for personalisation, this will be in the same green colour as the flowers. If a female title (e.g. 'Miss') is provided, this will be in pink as pictured. If a generic title (e.g. 'Dr') is used, this will be in green.
