The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

The size chosen is the size your piece will be. This piece is designed to be wall hung. If you would like bespoke sizes or to see a design concept before final production, please contact us. Please note, requesting a design concept will add 5 working days onto your turnaround. 

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
