The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

Measurements (approx) 27.5x20cm. Personalisation will be placed on the front of the base in the Premium Metallic Colour you have chosen.

The date will be added in the exact same format you have provided above, please note, we can not change the format of the date once your order has been placed (e.g. if you would like an Arabic year, YOU would need to type the year in Arabic).

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
