The current turnaround for the above product is 8-12 weeks (from the next working day after your order is placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

This product is made to order. Please refer to Our Policies for information on our returns.

The size chosen will be the length of your product.

Please note, if colours 16, 17 or 18 are chosen, please select the 'Add Premium' option. If this is not selected, an additional invoice will be sent for the remainder payment.

To request a specific colour pallet, please contact us with pictures and video's of the area and we can advise on colour recommendations.

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
