The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

The wording colour chosen will be the colour for the engraving (if applicable) and Premium Metallic. For Stained Walnut and Charcoal slate plaques, there is no engraving colour.

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
