The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after payment is received). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

As our products are handmade from wood, each piece will have its own unique grain, colour, texture and natural imperfections.

Variations, knots, and minor inconsistencies are a natural characteristic of wood and the handmade process, and are not considered faults. 

While we take great care with every item, differences may occur due to the creative nature of each piece, making every product unique.
