The turnaround chosen under the 'Pick a Turnaround section' is how long it takes us to make your order (from the next working day after your order has been placed). Your order shall then be dispatched/available for collection according to the delivery method chosen at checkout.

If personalisation is chosen we will place a premium metallic gold/silver tab according where we feel it looks appropriate. If you have a preference, we advise to keep a shorter message for the front of the plaque and longer messages for the back of the plaque (this is not a guarantee and it shall be placed according to the design of the piece). Please contact us for bespoke sizes.

As all of our products are handmade, there may be natural imperfections. Although we are thorough, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item is unique in it's own way.
